Stephen arrived on time to do the job of recovering our hexagonal shed roof and didn't hang about! Going to go a get some wood to replace some on the shed was his first (unexpected task). He then cracked on and replaced the damaged sections before he started the recovering process.... and what a brilliant job he's made of it! He's a very tidy worker and left no mess to clear up! He turned up well on time and him and his assistants worked really hard all day in freezing cold temperatures to make sure the job was finished. I engaged Mr William R Buckley (also known as Nick) initially to apply a finishing coat to two flat roofs which was fine. He then provided a quotation for two high level roofs. A leak occurred on the same day which I reported. I arranged for a roof survey by a member of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) which confirmed that all the work Mr William R Buckley had undertaken had either not been done or done to a incorrectly/to a poor standard. I am now taking the issue to court.
