He turned up well on time and him and his assistants worked really hard all day in freezing cold temperatures to make sure the job was finished. I engaged Mr William R Buckley (also known as Nick) initially to apply a finishing coat to two flat roofs which was fine. He then provided a quotation for two high level roofs. A leak occurred on the same day which I reported. I arranged for a roof survey by a member of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) which confirmed that all the work Mr William R Buckley had undertaken had either not been done or done to a incorrectly/to a poor standard. I am now taking the issue to court.
