They started off the job very nicely then they got a big job and instead to finish my small job which make more sense so they could focus on the big job, they thought it better to leave my job and I paid him in full and he promised to come back and complete and he never kept his word. I am very upset Raymond as this is not the best way to do business.

I'm sure this isn't a pipe but caused by the grout being breached on the tiles in the bathroom which is the other side of the wall.The shower gets heavy use, hence the water staining.I think it needs re-grouting and sealing. The skirt board has also rotted and will need replacing

For ease, the current tiles can be removed before you do the work, or they can be tiled over. I plan to use wall tiles that are easy to install for you but look also look pretty. There is an electric shower that would need to be removed and can be removed by someone else but if you have the experience, even better.
