Block off a doorway, new doorway, new skirts & fit kitchen

We need a new ikea kitchen fitting including work surfaces cutting. We also need to move the doorway from our lounge to the kitchen so need the old one blocking up and a new doorway putting in. Also need new skirting boards fitting. We are on a budget so need a low price quote.
