Build 7m x 8m detached granny annex at the end of garden. Detached double garage (5.48m x 6.09m) with asbestos roof to be removed from site first. Connect electric and water. Fully finished (windows, doors, plastered, painted, laminate flooring, bathroom (6.4sqm) tiled and fitted. Bathroom and kitchen supplied separately but to be fitted.
