Entire downstairs of house. House was a new build in December 2011 and has basic trade paint applied to all walls currently and paint wearing thin, has marks on.
Phase one is to decorate downstairs this year and early next year I will be looking to re paint 3 x bedrooms and tile a bathroom and en suite
