Tiling bathroom floor and around sink & painting

A bathroom floor needs to be tiled. The floor space is about 1m x 2m. Tiling needs to be around the toilet and sink. The existing tiles need to be removed first. There is also some tiling around the walls. Painting the bathroom walls and ceiling. The ceiling also has marks on it which either have to be removed or plastered over
