Re-model of Kitchen

We are looking at re-modelling our kitchen, which will also involve blocking up a doorway and knocking down a patrician wall (which currently has double doors in it) There are a few things that have to be done to start the process;
1) Building work as detailed above
2) Existing floor made good once wall has been knocked down- we currently have Oak laminate floorboards, which were from Howdens
3) Moving existing washing machine, dishwasher and incorporate a new undercounter freezer
4) We would like to keep our cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and belfast sink
5) We need a need a new Larder freezer and hob
