Knock through from kitchen to dining room to make a kitchen/diner in semi-detached house. Wall is loadbearing so RSJ will need installing. Double doors between dining and living room to be replaced by partition. Single door from kitchen to utility room to be bricked up. French doors from dining to utility room to be double glazed. Gas supply to cooker to be moved. Radiator to be moved. Ceiling, floor and walls to be made good. Work to start within next 6 months, ideally sooner rather than later.
