Need a help covering a hole in the cupboard

Hi
I seem to have mice in my kitchen and am having difficulty as I'm not sure how to cover up the hole. Basically in one of my cupboards the backboard is loose and has a big gap which is where the mouse comes in and out.
Is this something you could have a look at?
