Fix dodgy thermostat

I have underfloor heating. One of the thermostats has just stopped working. I changed the fuse but still no joy. It's quite loose on the wall and I'm hoping it just needs reconnecting. If you're familiar with underfloor heating and EBECO thermostats that would be an advantage. I've downloaded the installation instructions if it would help.
