Concrete base and custom wood house for 3 x wheelie bins

Supply material and create a new 3 x wheelie bin wooden storage shed on a resurface concrete base adjoining the garage.

Bin surface:
dig out ground to sufficient depth
supply and lay down hardcore
create flat solid rectangular frame for concrete base sufficient to house 3 x bins (1m sq, depth 6")
supply, mix and lay concrete into frame and level but sloping away from adjoining building to ensure clear drainage
build frame for remaining concrete leading onto driveway,
supply, mix and lay concrete into frame

Bin housing:
supply and build custom treated wooden frame for 3 x large wheel bins, affix to wall and concrete base.
supply and build 3 x custom hinged treated wooden lids for each wheelie (for rubbish access to be placed into bin)
suppy and build 3 x custom hinged treated wooden doors for frame for bin house frame (so wheelie bins can be rolled in/out).
supply and paint new bin housing using robust long lasting outdoor stain (2 x coats - brown).
