I have two projects that I need to work on. Both need to be worked simultaneously now.

Project 1 - 5 bed House

Check wiring in the loft for any damage
Correct 5 Bedroom ceilings so that they back to original after being damaged (holes created and poorly patched) Need one ceiling without damage
Replace Garage side door frame, door and lock after damage
Patio door fixing rubber needs securing?
new carpets to replace stained ones (3 rooms) (13x12 approx, 11x12 approx, 12x12 approx)
replace double wall electric socket
replace toilet seats for two toilets
fitted wardrobes and dressing table
curtains poles and replacement/refitting
re-decorating
power shower cartridge/leak (replaced last year)
electric shower missing hose and head (new last year)
roof joists need securing
window sills need fixing after holes drilled in them
fence panels need fixing after damage to these
waste from the garden needs removing and also from the house
Walls poorly patched and painted require painting properly
Cleaning so it is ready to live in again

Project 2 - 3 bed flat

Full re-wire including existing fire alarm, smoke/heat sensors and break glass, new 12-15 way consumer, sockets, spurs,lighting
Remove exiting bath, toilet, storage,old kitchen,furniture except cooker
Refit new bath suite, with shower cubicle running of boiler,allowance for electric shower (10mm cable)
Refit new fire doors (2 new, 3 existing)
replace radiators with new efficient finned radiators (6)
Full re-plaster ceiling/walls as necessary fixing any cracks as required (optimum approach required without hiding poor works)
reflooring laminate (medium spec)
Carpets for stairs, and bedrooms (2)
Plumbing as required for new good combi boiler with good support and warranty, new rads, removal of old unnecessary piping as a result of removal of existing boiler and water tanks, pumps and diverters
Replacement of mains water tap
Lino for kitchen, bathroom and toilet
Removal of old cupboards and creating an open selving cupboard
Ensure door entry is correctly fixed to main door
Painting and Decorating
Fix, maintain outside of flat (render/painting)

Best quote with qualified and reliable, honest and easy to deal with please. Please let me have any references, works done etc for consideration. I will look to start immediately (next week if availability, quote and agreement works) and would like the works finished within 4-6 weeks max.
Chippy, electricians, gas safe plumber, plasterer, painter decorator, labourers required with insurance in place during the works.
