This is small space is in the attic room, approximately 1.5mX3.7m, 2m at the highest point an approx 1m high either side.
Most materials, fixtures and fittings found except stews glues and pipe work and wood.
This contract is for providing first fixings namely fitting the shower base support board, take hot and cold water feeds to where they will feed the shower sink and toilet. Lay pipe work for radiator from existing radiator. Fit waist water pump for shower and sink, fit 4" pipework for toilet. Electrical work involves laying the cables where necessary and fitting the isolator switch.
The final fixings include the woodwork to support the shower cubical and a small closet behind closed off with a sliding door. Tiling, fitting the shower and cubical, sink and toilet, laying the floor and fitting a lit bathroom cabinet with shaver socket.
