Looking to have a 2 storey extension providing 1 or possibly 2 ground floor reception room to include a utility room.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, 1 front and 1 back. No bathroom installation.
There is a garage where the front reception will be built in place of and there are swears running under the surface which will req uire access points through the flooring. Hope I have made myself clear.
