Our living room is 14'x27'. We would like to replace existing coving and refill the skirting boards. Our walls are currently plastered and painted and we want to cover cracks and unevenness with 1000/ 2000 grade lining paper. We would also like to tuck/ hide a sky lead under the floor or redirect it if possible. We would like the whole room painted (ceiling, walls, coving and skirting).
