Small two bed semi detached house in Rode, near Frome. Wooden fascias and soffits to front and rear require repainting (white gloss). Slight flaking to paintwork on rear fascia but woodwork in good condition. Preferably to be done between 20th and 31st July but open to alternative dates to fit in with painters' schedule if necessary.
