window seat and storage for bay window

The job is to build storage space under a bay window, that could also be used as a seat. The measurements are 97inch wide and 36inch depth, the length from floor to window seal is 26inch. There are plug sockets on both walls which are regularly used. Please don't take these measurements as perfectly correct they are just estimated as I have never measured something like this before. Not sure what wood you would used but MDF may work? Im going to put cushion on the top. No painting.
