Fix toilet as water not flushing around front of the bowl

After a recent change of flush and fill valves the water no longer flows all the way round the front of the bowl, which it did before. So the bowl isn't properly flushing. I would like someone to get the water flowing all the way around the bowl by fixing the existing valves, or fitting new ones that do flush all the way around.
I was very happy with John, he called when going to be 15 mins late due to the traffic. Very friendly and helpful, fixed item quickly and with most sensible/economical solution for me. No problem recommending him and would definitely use him again.
