Oil boiler not working

Oil previously run out. Oil delivered then boiler not working. Reset button pressed and boiler worked for a while but then continued to play up working sometimes. Reset button not fixing problem. No heating or hot water. Need help urgently as unable to get hold landlords company, blue flame left several messages all weekend.
