Remove and re-seal bath and sink

Need a bath and sink resealed with new silicone ,,, old silicone needs to be removed ,cleaned , and resealed , also check under bath for any leaks etc
appreciate that this is not a big job , and I would like a guarantee on the workmanship
I am in process of purchasing the flat so will have keys approx. whithin 6 weeks so I am just getting prices thank you to all that reply
