Skimming & plastering. Small Job to be done asap

1. Hallway about 8m long running up stairs to half way up the wall where there is a dado rail - the wall paper has been full stripped off to reveal the plaster beneath which is not smooth enough for painting - needs a smoothing layer either filler layer or thin skim.
2. Woodburning stove installed - side of fireplace plaster board has come off to the brickwork plaster board needs replacing with a plaster layer & making good to the remainder of the wall still there.
