Replace ceiling light holder

Replace lower part of ceiling light holder. We are landlords and we will need invoice for work done.

I can send a photo of the faulty light holder. Parking is free on weekends and after 4.30pm week days. Otherwise £2.50 per hour.

The job was to replace a faulty light bulb holder. The job was done at a competitive rate but the tradesman turned up without the replacement bulb holder and my tenant was marched down to the local Homebase to buy the part herself! Not very professional at all.
