This plumber was employed to fix a non working shower pump. He did, what we thought was a good job. Over the last 2-3 weeks, it seems the problem of the pump not working/not producing hot water has reared its head again. I have attempted to contact this plumber to see to the issue, and he has ignored all my correspondence- Despite him promising his work was guaranteed for two years.
It's a shame that such a disappointing amateur is able to take people's money and not honour their contract.
