New plasterboard ceiling + lining & painting of walls

JOB 1:
room = approx. 3.5mx3.2m
plasterboard ceiling (over existing) & skim. paint (1 base and 2 top coats)
replace 3m x 1m of lining paper and painT 2 coats.
all paint will be supplied.
JOB 2:
strip wall paper on top landing. (approx 2m x 3m). paint 2 coats.

Nick did pulled down and replastered a new ceiling as well as a couple of smaller jobs. Overall I was very happy with the quality of the work and it was done at a competative price. There was a situation with the carpet, however Nick dealt with that well and resolved the situation satisfactorily.
