Hello,

to open up our kitchen to the dining room we are needing a part of a load bearing wall removed (about 1200mm wide and 2000mm high) and a RSJ (or ideally oak beam) fitted.

We will also need 3 windows (1x 1600mm wide and 2x small 450mm wide) replaced. We will supply the windows but just need someone to fit them.

Finally, we would like to take out the plasterboard ceiling from our current kitchen extension (gable roof with slate roof tiles, inside of which is already plastered) to expose the vaulted ceiling. We will need insulation panels fitted to the ceiling and would like 1-2 Velux windows fitted to allow more light into the kitchen.

Works to be carried out ASAP.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
