Fitting a shower over the the bath

I have a current bath and handheld shower with awful water pressure. I would like the wall built out as there is an alcove and a shower unit fitting to the wall over the bath. I would also need tiling or shower boards and a shower screen. I would also like someone to take a look at the sink as it drains badly.
