Dear Sir

I have a small cottage of two bed rooms on first floor and a small reception attached to a tiny kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor to refurbish. I like to install a small conservatory on the garden. There would probably be some refurbishment (without changing the roof structure as it is conserved area) of the loft.

The property is located in Tooting, London.

The whole size of cottage is about 50m

I am planning to use laminate for the floor. The walls are smooth and just need painting there is no need for plastering or any extensive work. A radiator system probably needs to be installed.

It involves installing a CCTV, video door bell and security system.
Minor repair to the remaining small garden.
Please give me a competitive quote that would be affordable for me and make it possible for me to complete the deal with your company.
The waste need to be disposed.

Please notice that all quote need to be fixed and include completion of all aspects mentioned. This also needs to be with any Tax /VAT or other costs involved. No hidden costs please.

I would be responsible to provide the materials. I need a “complete detailed” list of whatever needed.
Please give me a time scale (it needs to be short).
