Boiler service with potential diverter valve problem

Boiler requires a service - model Baxi Neta-Tec Combi 28 GA. The boiler has two known issues (possibly linked) - radiators heating up when taps are turned on, suspected diverter valve issue, and occasional system pressure loss, discharge is at the boiler as opposed to leaking pipework.
Preferable for works to be done in evening/weekends.
