Good service, everything to a high standard. Installed a few months ago... everything still in working order!
The job took a bit longer than I had expected, but they started work on it with very little notice after I impulse bought (and had to take immediate delivery) in the Howdens October sale.
The foreman Dmitri and Uliana (in the office) always responded to my texts and emails very quickly. The tiler did a really good job, even working on a sunday, and they added little details like boxing away pipes and tiling a hidden door to my waste pipe. The contractors didn't speak any english so it was impossible to communicate with them, but once I got into the habit of just talking to Dimitri and Uliana, who would pass on my messages, it was fine. I would use them again.
