Garden Fence Repair/ Replace

The property has a long back garden with standard 6ft slide-in fence panels. I am looking for someone to replace the back 3. BUT, there is quite a bit of damage so they can't just be slid in. so looking for someone to build the fence with wooden posts to the end of the garden. There are pictures available for anyone interested. You will note the rubbish building up in the gap from the neighbours garden which is pushing on the fence so it needs to have some strength. Any other options are welcome if you have a better solution than a wooden fence or left-overs from another job that can be utilised.
