I have new tenants moving in to my rental property in Chelmsford on 23 June and am looking for someone to complete the small tasks below either on 20 or 21 June when I will be in the property.
1) Paint bathroom radiator
2) Replacing the sealant around the kitchen sink and worktop
3) Removing and replacing the toilet seat
4) Removing a wire shower rack for toiletries and fill in the holes left behind in the tiling
5) Remove and replace a mouldy seal on a Bosch washing machine (I have the new seal)
I'm looking for a rough idea of cost too. I can't be in the house before then to let someone come round and quote, so if you need further info please send me a message and let me know.
Hired this tradesman and agreed a date and time. Didn't turn up on the day, contacted him with a polite message to ask if he was still coming, no response. Very disappointed, didnt give me any opportunity to hire someone else.
