I am looking for a quote for painting walls matt magnolia and ceilings matt white in a three storey Victorian house. The property is currently painted in this colour but needs to be repainted in the same colour.

I would be interested in ball park cost then for an actual visit to confirm accurate cost. The following rooms need painting

Ground floor:

Living room ? 13?5 x 10 ? walls and ceiling
Dining room ? 13?5 x 10?4? walls and ceiling

First floor:

Bedroom ? 13?5 x 10?4 ? 3 walls and ceiling. One wall has built in wardrobe.
Second living room ? 13?5 x 10 ? walls and ceiling. There is a small toilet room built into this room that also needs walls and ceiling painting.
The ceiling in this room has been re-skimmed.

Top floor:

Bedroom 1 ? 13?5 x 10?4 ? walls and ceiling. This room has been completely re-skimmed
Bedroom 2 ? 13?5 x 10 ? walls and ceiling

Single storey rear extension:

Kitchen ? 10?1 x 9?2 ? ceiling only as the walls are tiled
Bathroom - 10?1 x 9?2 ? ceiling only as walls are tiled

All hallways throughout the house
