Refurbish bathroom

Need to refurbish my bathroom. The work includes, removing the drywall (water seeping), waterproof(tanking slurry etc) and installing tiles directly on the brick wall. Tiling to be done on the walls, floor and under the bathtub too. Install a bathroom vanity unit (will buy this one if required) and a wall mirror. Will need to paint the ceiling with anti mould paint.

Can show and describe what needs to be done when you visit. Would prefer somebody registered with the appropriate building organizations. Need the builder to have insurance, will not use somebody without insurance.

I am free in the evenings after 7 on weekdays and always around on the weekends.

Fraudulent Romanian builder. Tried to cut corners and when I started inspecting and asking him to fix things, wanted to increase the quote, then what we had agreed on. I told no and he stopped coming to finish the work. Shoddy workmanship to say the least.
