The gully on the side of the kitchen wall, into which the kitchen waste empties from ground floor and first floor flats, is old and broken. Please inspect and then repair or replace using UPVC and waterproof materials, use cement if necessary. Do everything necessary to self-contain the gully and prevent further water damage to the kitchen wall. Also, fit cover to stop anything accidentally falling in and blocking it.
