Checking of electrics in garden room bathroom and main house

Hi,
I'm looking to hire a NICEIC qualified electrician to check the bathroom electrics in my garden room. The bathroom lights are not working and the inline heater feeding hot water to the same bathroom has stopped working recently.
I am also having issues with bulbs flickering in the main house so would also like for you to check for the house electrics and give me your diagnosis of the problem and how to resolve it.
I would like the work to be done on 23rd June or soon after as I am currently out of the country.
