Retaining wall to be built, rendered finish.

I would like quotes to have a retaining wall taken down, all rubbish removed from site and then the wall rebuilt in concrete block laid flat, rendered finished.

Works to be completed asap please.

I have the blocks allready, the tradesman just needs to supply concrete for the foundations, sand & cement etc.
