Clearance and weeding of office garden

We need someone as soon as possible to apply Path Clear to the paved areas to the front and side of the office building. The back garden has become overgrown since it was last cleared 10 months ago. It now needs clearing again and we would like to have black plastic put down to try to kill the weeds or at least prevent rapid regrowth. Photos can be supplied if required.
