I was delighted by the positive response from Stanley who kindly agreed to visit the flat at short notice on Saturday 10th March 2018 to view the area that needed attention. He also returned the following day Sunday 11th March to work on the balcony which was a blessing. Stanley applied himself diligently to the job of securing the balcony space without the need to buy any special frame materials too. More importantly he didn't let me down.
