My elderly mum had a bad experience and desperately needed someone to finish her bathroom. J&J agreed to do so. Onlly went 2 days and never returned claiming not to have a car!!! My mum offered to pay for a rented one. Luckily they didn?t agree as she found someone really good who spent a whole day redoing the work J&J did.(they charged ?500) They owe my mum ?50 for a door she paid them for and never got. contacted them and they sa?d they didn?t care. Hope they give my mum the money. Not good!!
