To refurbish a Ground Floor 2 bed flat:
Builder to start work asap-

Dismount all radiators in the flat and replace with new ones at proper locations. Replace old style roof lights with new style lights and replace wall sockets.

Kitchen: The flat has a small kitchen; dismount the old units and replace with new kitchen units, put new tiles on part of the wall and floor, paint the walls and ceiling, paint the door and install kitchen appliances.

Bathroom: Flat has a small bathroom; dismount the old units and replace new sink, toilet and bath. Install the new shower, new tiles on the wall and floor, paint the sealing and door.

2 rooms: plaster the walls.fix the crowding and door. Paint the walls and sealing. Install new laminate floor.

Hall way: take the wooden wall down, plaster and paint the remaining walls and replace the door. Install new laminate floor.

Garden: take the old small shed down, remove the concrete and any rubbish in garden, cut the Lawn, paint the remaining small shed and do a bit of the concrete in front.

Front of Flat: Remove all the cracks on window seal, repair and paint the seal.
