Plastering wall/ ceiling, flooring and install new kitchen.

Knockout back wall into back garden and install RSJ steel 3m wide and install folding door.
Open up dining room into kitchen for more space.
Take down kitchen ceiling plus dining ceiling and put up new plaster board's.
Takeout old kitchen and Install new kitchen.
Take up old floor joist and replace with new floor joist and floor board's.
Install new down light.
Paint living room and kitchen.
