I hired these guys for loft conversion to bedroom that needs to comply with Building regulations. Floor joists laid other way round(across the old ones)and used only 6x2 timber. Must be min. 8x2.They had to repair it thus loosing 3 days of work.Trying to cover the problem with floorboards before building inspector came.I had to stop them. Lying to me about regulations. Very bad work done I had to fix some parts after them. Part of roof not finished. Avoid these guys and save your money.
