Upstairs Saniflo bathroom toilet, basin, shower, bath fitted

New bathroom upstairs, no plumbing or water pipes hence need Saniflo as easiest option. Need Saniflo systems to be fitted to new shower, basin, bath and toilet with all that would be needed to have a fully working bathroom. We will supply bath, and basin, not sure if any toilet and shower will do, need advice.
