Shed 212 x 155. Rot present in various places, but hopefully repairable as 70-75% of shed appears sound. I think the under frame at rear has ro though, and that'll be the trickier one to fix.
Once Mauruice had removed the shed floor it became apparent there was more work to be done (the rot had extended further than I could initially see). Anyway, Maurice dealt with all of these very calmly and delivered a great end result.
