Re-felt roof for workshop and shed + replace large window

Potting shed is 8'x8' and workshop is 12'x10'. Window to be replaced is 90"x42" and is wood frame with single pane glass.
Also looking for wooden fascias on rear of house to be sanded and painted as well as lead flashing on roof checked too if possible. If not, just the shed work.
