Repair and make good ceiling.
Re-plaster wall around window.
Remove existing builtin wardrobes and make good.
Remove existing wooden flooring.
Redecorate room (Wallpaper 1 wall and paint the remaining).
Whilst I didn't hire this tradesperson, I did however invite him round to quote for work. Unfortunately after waiting 10+ days for a quote, I have to assume they didn't want the work.
