Excellent communication from the initial start of my quote until the job was complete. Jake took photos of my roof then explained in great detail what needed to be done to fix the leak. Jake is very reliable,friendly,trustworthy,courteous and polite. He turned up on time and shown us the eps system and explained how it works. Excellent workman and is highly recommended, we are getting more quotes off him for other work with the chimney and will use JLB again for any future roofing jobs.
