internal water mark by the chimney breast I have looked in the roof and there are no evidence to suggest the water is coming in at the top. we had a roofer round last year who noticed issues with the roof but it still leaked in the end he coated all the brick work with something but he did say the mortar was easy to cut into. The water stain is new
