Repair and replace felt on a shed 6 metres wide and 12 long

The shed is about 6 metres wide and 12 metres long. Felt has been blown off by storm on one side of roof. There is some water damage of the chipboard underneath. Damage needs to be repaired and replaced - possibly with something more durable than felt.
